Pina Colada Shake

1 scoop of Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 Eat Like a Woman Coconut Almond bar

1 cup of almond milk, or your favorite dairy beverage

Blend

 

Vanilla Coffee Shake

1 scoop of Life Stage Shake protein powder

1 cup favorite beverage (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk)

½ cup coffee flavored low-fat ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s makes a VEGAN ice)

Blend

Option: instead of adding the ice cream, add a half cup of your morning coffee

 

Morning blast shake

1 scoop Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 cup of almond milk or your preferred beverage

¼ cup dry oats

1 handful of slivered almonds

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Blend

 

Peanut Butter Shake

1 scoop of Life Stake Shake vanilla

1 cup of almond milk or your preferred dairy beverage

1 Eat Like a Woman Peanut Butter & Ancient Grain bar

Blend

 

Banana Cream Shake

1 scoop of Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 cup of almond milk or your preferred beverage

1 banana

4 or 5 ice cubes

Blend

Option: add flaxseeds

 

Strawberry Vanilla Shake

1 scoop of Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 cup of almond milk or your preferred beverage

1 teaspoon of vanilla

½ banana

3 frozen strawberries

4 or 5 ice cubes

Blend

Option: you can add some shopped nuts (almonds or macadamia nuts)

 

 

Berry Shake

1 scoop of Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 cup of almond milk or your favorite beverage

3-4 strawberries

½ cup blueberries

Add ice and blend

Option: add flaxseeds

 

Peanut Butter Butterscotch Shake

1 scoop Life Stage Shake Vanilla

1 tablespoon of sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix

1 tablespoon of peanut butter/chunky

1 cup of cold water or your favorite dairy beverage

Add ice

Blend

 

Pineapple Power Shake

 1 scoop of Life Stage Shake vanilla

1 cup of pineapple juice

1 banana

1 teaspoon of Greek Yogurt

Ice

Blend

 

Pumpkin Pie Spice Protein Shake
1 cup favorite beverage (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk)
1/4 cup pureed pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ice

Combine all ingredients except for the ice. Shake or blende until combined then add ice.

Cinnabun Protein Shake
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop Life Stage Shake vanilla protein powder
1 cup favorite beverage (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk)
Ice
Combine all ingredients except for the ice. Shake or blend until combined  then  add ice.

 

Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp peanut flour (or regular peanut butter)
1 scoop Life Stage Shake vanilla protein powder
Ice
Combine all ingredients except for the ice. Shake until combined then add ice.

Apple Pie Shake
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
A dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Combine all ingredients except for the ice. Shake until combined then add ice.

Snickerdoodle Shake
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Life Stage Shake vanilla protein powder
1 tsp creamy peanut butter
2 generous dashes of cinnamon

Iced Coffee Protein Shake

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup brewed coffee

1/2 banana

1 scoop Life Stage Shake vanilla protein

2 cups of ice
